I wanted to ask about nuug/ noog. I remember we used it in Ethiopia mainly for oil. We also used to roast it and serve it with fendisha qolo. I recently found noog seeds being sold as bird food in the USA. All noog is imported from either Ethiopia or India. No one uses it for human consumption. I roasted and grounded it and it is perfect. I would like to know if you have any recipes I can use, please. Thank you.
